Worthwhile results come from hard work and careful planning." being industriousness is important because we have to take care of our things, if i want to be an industriousness person i have to take care of myself, and work hard to get what i want, i have to see the future, i have to work hard if i want to get a career, if i want to be a dentist i have to work hard to get that career, i have to be successful and do my work and work hard and never give up on anything, be an industriousness person and you'll see what happen.
